- 1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Catsup
- Italian Herb Seasoning (for spicier taste, add pepper flakes)
Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight. Marinade Salmon for 1/2 to 1 hour and then BBQ.

We, Scott Boley, John Wilson and I started what would evolve into Fishermen Direct with some basic goals.
