Halibut with Hazelnut-Lemon Butter

  • 1/4 lb butter softened
  • 1 tsp. minced green onion
  • 1/4 c. hazelnuts (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Halibut filets or steaks

Combine butter, onions, hazelnuts, and lemon juice. Blend together. Place on buttered wax paper. Roll 6″ x 1 1/2″, twist the end, and freeze for 2 hours. Grill, broil, or bake the halibut for 6-8 minutes until opaque and just cooked through. Serve on dinner plates and top with butter.
