Salsa Rockfish

Easy and delicious dish!

  • 4-5 pounds Oregon Rockfish fillet
  • Salsa of your choice
  • 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese

In a shallow baking dish sprayed with non-stick, place the Rockfish fillets no more than 2 deep. Spoon salsa over the fish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Pour off the extra liquid. Serve and enjoy!
