- 2 lb. Petrale Sole + 1 lb Oregon Pink Shrimp
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup favorite Salad Dressing (Newman’s Own Italian is a favorite for us!)
- 3/4 cup cheese (may use Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, or your favorite mild cheese).
Mix Pink Shrimp with salad dressing and 1/4 cup cheese. Chopped green onion mixed with Shrimp is a wonderful addition. Spray nonstick in an 8″x8″ pan. Place one layer of Petrale, one layer of 1/2 shrimp mixture, another layer of Petrale, the rest of the shrimp, Petrale once again, and top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. This will be juicy, pour off liquid if necessary.
